Based out of L.A., Steel Rod is a cover band that has been playing for over a decade. The “Live Band Karaoke” portion came about 6 years ago as a result of having so many loyal fans packing each venue, singing along, & even jumping up on stage with the band; that the guys had an idea! They started inviting their die-hard fans up on stage to perform one song. Once others started witnessing this, everybody wanted their turn at being the lead singer. This quickly became so popular that Steel Rod started once a week shows solely dedicated to the Live Band Karaoke. With the immediate popularity they added Eric to increase their already impressive song list, & Greg as the host to add some comic relief and get the crowd fired up.

With their efforts combined, their resume is very impressive. From USO tours to corporate events, radio sponsored singing competitions (ie. JackFM, 99.5The Heat), weddings, cruise-line jobs, TV shows, residencies at established music venues, & casino lounge gigs; Steel Rod have done more than the average band. With performances in countries like Germany, Japan, Iraq, Canada, Austria, Puerto Rico, Bosnia, Singapore, Mexico, Guam, Afghanistan, Kosovo, & throughout the Caribbean; these men bring a high level of showmanship to every event. Locally they have played premier venues like the Staples Center, House of Blues Hollywood & Downtown Disney, BB Kings, the San Manuel Casino, Fantasy Springs Casino, the Belly Up Tavern, L.A. County Fair & several smaller venues; & gig well over 300 shows a year.
